need help to have better appetite

I can literally go days without eating, i smoke cigs but i don't even think it affects me that much. I was using mirtazapine before and it helped but since its a antidepressant i quit. Any drugs that can help with appetite (no steroids )

you could try any ghrelin mimetic, although you may need to be careful with prolactin/blood sugar

if you want to lower the appetite, retatrutide is the best option

Stop smoking cigs,they blunt appetite
If that doesnt work just use a peptide that imitates ghrelin but make sure u dont get diabetes

should i just go back to low dose mirtazapine it doesn't have any side effects for diabetes and i don't want to risk it cuz i will be using it for a long time, also im addicted to cigs and they became a routine i don't think i can quit

Im also addicted to cigs,atleast try to change ur habits to smoke after eating
