Title. Could literally be anything that will help (supplements, lifestyle changes etc).
I have just ordered L Citrulline (planning to take 6g daily (3 in the morning and 3 in the afternoon)) and Total Beets’ drink powder in order for more vasodilation (2g daily), so that should be coming soon. I currently take 7500 IUS of Vit D3, and 10mg of zinc (daily).
I’ve heard a lot of good things about kegels/ reverse kegels, so if you have a good routine that I could try that would be appreciated, and how often should I do this, because I’ve heard mixed opinions on how often you should train your kegel muscle.
Any help would be appreciated.
