Need help, where do I hire somebody to buy something for me if i give them the money

So long story short, i got my cc taken away by my parents. The only way I can buy drugs ad shit now is if I larp investing in bitcoin and then use that bitcoin to buy drugs

Now the problem is, this website says they accept bitcoin, but they removed the option for using bitcoin as a payment method. So I just have 200$ of bitcoin sittig around for no reason.

Where can I hire somebody to buy something for me? Fiver or that linkedin shit? I really dont know tbh.
