need help with acne

i can’t fucking fix my acne no matter what i do. i’ve looked for dermatology but there’s no open appointments for at least 3 months. if there is any SERIOUS way of somehow obtaining accutane without this long ass process id love to know.

theres a method where u wash ur face with ur urine and it cleanses+feeds ur skin very well but ure to high inhib to do that

Do you have any routine? If not, start with a good moisturiser and spf50 from la roche posay along with tretinoin from skinorac. Also maintain a good diet and it will help.
