Need help with acne

Can anyone tell me what type of acne i may have and how to fix it. please dont say accutane my mom wont allow it and something less harsh

It says retinol gel but it comes as tret. Use sandwich method when applying moisturiser. Moisturiser, tret, moisturiser. Don’t dnr the sunscreen in the morning or you will get bad burns. It’s on Amazon you mum should be ok, just tell her it’s OTC (over the counter)
