Need Help with ai

Hi,it has already been a year that im on ai's,start ed when i was 17 and been on arimidex and Letrozole,but i was wondering if maybe It was bunk,source was brainlabz,bgpharmaceuticals where i buyed some pharmagrade and Blood tested with a level of e2 of 16pg. And After that hopped on ultima pharmaceuticals which i dont know if its legit,Someone that have experience with this products could help?and would be even Better if you could give me some source.

How its not clear,i was wondering if brainlabz ai and ultima pharmaceuticals arent bunk,because if they are then ive wasted 1year worth of ai
