Obicularis Oculi training + grow your lashes (especially bottom ones) more. Find your perfect coloring aswell.

natural tanning, sufer boy look. also I should have mentioned the falt hair throwing you off a little bit. Just adapt a proper hair routine. Optional but you can dye your eyebrows and lashes darker then your hair always but not to dark.
