I have noticeable facial asymmetry including:
-my smile being very asymmetrical, it goes significantly higher up and farther on the right side then the left (biggest issue)
-my right eye being somewhat lower then my left
-my nose being slightly closer to the right side of my face the left (less noticeable, possibly not noticeable at all)
How can I fix this? when I did a little research all I found was to fix my posture/pelvis tilt which I am already working on but don't know if it will really help with asymmetry, and to do facial exercises which I know probably won't do much.
Also I keep hearing I should start bonesmashing for better jawline and maybe it couldt fix asymmetry too? I'll do it but dont know what im doing, so if someone could reply with a specifc forum, or lmk a video or something that teaches how to do it correctly, also which bones to do it on
(first thread btw so chill on me)
