I’m 14, 5’10”, and 165 lbs. My main goal is to grow taller, but I also want to get down to around 12% body fat. I work out 6 days a week, play sports, and my maintenance is about 3,000 calories. Should I eat in a calorie surplus to support growth, or cut to 12% body fat? I’m worried that cutting calories could affect my growth. Also I’m at about 15% rn maybe 16
