Need help with bodymaxxing in puberty.

To clear some things:
  • I am not going to post any pictures (for now, when im older probably will)
  • I just made this account
  • For my age i dont plan to looksmax a lot, just want to lose weight, read stuff and get tips till i become 15-16
I want to lose weight. I had done it a few months ago (88Kg-78kg (194lb-171lb) within 1 and a half month, 12-13 years old) but i gained some weight back. Now i weight around 82Kg (180lb) and i am 177cm (5'9"-5'10") tall. I want to do it again but now i wanna lose 12Kg (26lb). The way i did it before was barely eating, maybe around 1000 calories a day max, and working out with weights to keep muscle. I need tips on how do i do it. Also:

NO SUPPLEMENTS (other than protein)

Also, is my height good for 13 years old and 2-3 months.

I had played Fortnite before but of course as all games do it got boring. Im over that phase of Fortnite
 
Just eat good and healthy dont try to get too skinny

Alright I’ll actually try and help ur tall for 13 but like your where extremely overweight so just hit the gym and get lean asf and then 14/15 when puberty hits you should be chill but if not hgh plus test

You’re 13, tall, and fat. That’s both a curse and a blessing. If you stay fat, puberty will be wasted. Your bones will not grow, jawline won’t show, and your prime development window will rot. Stop the starvation bs, it just kills your growth and muscle. Run a clean deficit, move daily, lift, stay consistent.

calculate how much your body consumes and use an app to track calories go in a slight deficit of like 300 calories and reach a decent % of body fat after that stay in maintence or go in a slight surplus, do all of this while training
 
Would suggest you just fix your diet, you're 82kg and 177cm which probably would put your calorie intake above 2000, I would suggest you take 100 calories less every week, first week 1900, second week 1800, until your reach your wanted calorie intake and stick to it and you'll lose weight. But I suggest that you stay in a contained calorie surplus since you're still 13 and still growing. Calorie surplus during puberty is law.
