false. extracations will not always mess u up the reason for this is because orthos now adays extract for basicaly everything sometimes but sometimes extrctions are actually a better option with mild to moderate crowding i got extractions and my face is more symmetrical, i don't have TMJ problems, i can breathe better, and my jaw is way less recessed. it was 4 (2 premolars top and bottom

First of all, your ptr ratio doesn't surprise me. Second of all, you're wrong. Orthodontists will not extract teeth for "basically everything" nowadays, since having to extract is not as usual anymore due to the advancements in orthodontics. It is actually rare nowadays to have to extract teeth in order to fix smiles.
