need help with constipation/gut health

i did accutane 6 months, antibiotics 8 months

i have low iron, as a result of what i believe to be bad gut absorption

what do i do, because i think this is causing me some kind of chronic inflammation since i have localised redness and the occasional breakout despite doing accutane

i just think my gut is fucked basically
any advice

the prolonged use of antibiotics has likely done significant damage to your gut microbiome, eat a shit ton of probiotic food and sit tight until you can actually see a specialist

Then I would recommend starting to drink a lot of coffee. I usually drink 4 - 5 double espressos a day, and that at least gets me going to the toilet.
