I recently cut for a month with 1k calorie deficit and went down 1kg a week while not losing any real strength or muscle. I’m only 17 so I’m worried about cutting for too long that it can stunt my growth especially since I’m still growing and have gotten taller these past months. I’ve been fat my whole life until last year when I took training seriously now I want to cut to 12% bf tho. What would you recommend that I do?
