I’m trying to cut body fat down and i’m eating 1k calories a day is rhst to little im 14 5,9 145 chubby but i workout 5x a week as of yesterday is there anything i should change up

You're damaging your development by eating 1k calories a day at 14, this will cause you to be shorter than your supposed to be due to malnutrition. Eat 3.5k a day, workout 4x a week, and just cut out all processed foods and focus on lean red meats.

For a 14-year-old, 1000 calories is definitely not enough since you are still growing, it would be better to increase your intake (mainly with protein and healthy carbs) while working out you can lose fat progressively without affecting your growth and energy levels. Final eat 2000,2100 calories per day

find your daily maintenance and go on a slow deficit. you're still in puberty and risk stunting growth
