I take 10000iu d3 everyday I get insane diarrhea everyday and it's starting to effect my personal life. I litterally had diarrhea the hole day 2day and my aass burns from wipping too much and my fart smell like curry . I take the supplement with 2 the of peant butter too. What do I do
