Need help with dark under eyes

I have tear troughs which are due to structural flaws however the bigger issue is the purple colour under my eyes. This is due to vascularity i believe as i can see the veins. I tried an under eye cream for a couple weeks but it did nothing - should i try a caffiene solution now?

scam, just use the concealer or live with it. this should be obv but if you dont sleep enough it could cause this
