Need help with dosing ghk cu,semax(spray),and selank(spray)

I want to start taking peptides (semax and ghkcu ) in addition to hgh.

I will order semax as a nasal spray im only confused with the dosing. It's a 50 mg spray bottle how many sprays should I take?
