I m 18 yo, 6'1 and 95kgs, I m trying to get myself to below 80kg/get lean atheletic physique. I don't care about muscle.i have good bones genetics.
I m currently on about 500+ cal deficit.(Lowkey starving)
I have tried running, sprinting and stuff but running/Jogging always felt miserable, sprinting felt fine. But when I m walking, past 5kms I literally feel my palms getting stiffer and rough + my arms tensing up (like strengthening and I feel really strong grip in my hands) it goes away when I m back home and rested.
I m surprised by this, does this happen with anyone else who walks a lot.idk.
I m committed to not going to the gym. Max I would do is bodyweight.
So to me it seems like walking every day and sprinting once in a while is good for me.
What should I do? Any opinion and I m not here for trolls
