need help with eye area

i have a little bit of uue but its a weird shape like (my eyelids make it look like i got a negative canthal tilt if i slowly close my eyes).
and have some annoying ass hooding also my right eye is a little lazy and if i let it rest it litteraly almost fully closes so i have to force it up with raising my eyebrow a bit cause the thees a lot of skin thickness between my eyebrow an eyelid (not space just skin thats kinda pusing down and drooping my eyelid a bit.
U got a fix on how to fix uue and that stupid skin between ur eyebrow and eyelids?
cause i have to force my eyebrow and i dont wanna make it high set overtime

Idk if it's the angle but you might have NCT. Your UEE isn't that bad just look up some tuts to decrease

bro i have possitive tilted eyes on this pic it looks like negative purely cause off uee and my hooding between my eyebrows and uee but u cant really see it but its there and im forcing my right brow a lttle bit or else i have no sight

o yeah i dont if i acc open my eyes u can see i have positive but i hate fully opening my eyes cause im forcing a little i just have to fix the skin arround my eyes do u know what i should do
