need help with eye area

i already gave up trying to fix it naturally cause my uee but i wanna know which surgerys i should do as soon as i can. i thought about fat grafting maybe and something to get an postive canthil tilt. idk if there are other methods to fix my horrible uee if there are pls let me kno.

i know squinting helps and i already do that and combined with not looking down its an semi good fix but if i look down and dont squint its horrible.
