Fyi, I'm not very educated about Dermatology or Biology.
Photo 1:
I consistently have hollow cheeks, but somehow everything else still looks puffy or bloated.
does anyone know the factors causing this or how to mitigate it?
Photo 2:
I keep getting these horrific red dots on the sides of my face, im not sure what they're exactly or the cause.
Does anyone know what they're and what's likely causing them?
(Please Don't Recommend Accutane, That will be my last solution)

Clean your pillow cases every week and get some hypochlorous acid spray for when sweating. only cleanse at night and in the morning use water and moisturizer
What is your diet and sun exposure like, and what products do you use currently?
Daily i consume: 2 Coffees , 1-2 granola bars, and IF i eat dinner, usually half a steak . For skin i currently use: Ghk-cu, Kpv, and a salicylic acid cleanser every few days.

1. nigga don't starve
2. Use the cleanser every night. If you have dry skin pair with a moisturizer. It's very possible your acne is caused by clogging of excess sebum, so in this case the cleanser should help regulate that. Also make sure to hydrate properly as it's critical for skin.
3. For bloating you could try supplementing potassium, 500 mg dosed 3 times a day with meal+fluids. Stack with magnesium for maximum retention.
4. You have dark undereye circles. I would recommend using a caffeine serum + SLEEPING
