I am already doing everything basic, eating a high amount of protein and maintaining a 750-1000kcal calorie deficit. Still, I want better results. I have kind of plateaued. What I already know:

Glp 1 agonists (Reta, Tirzapetide, Semaglutide (oral or injectible) and Liraglutide. I wish I had the money to afford these, but I don't.
OTC appetite suppressants - caffeine and stuff like that.
For appetite suppression, I am using modafinil 200mg and a ton of caffeine. I can't buy amphetamine salts simply because they are not available. I have searched almost every drug store around my area.
Fat burners - Clenbuterol, Carderine (endurance increaser) and, DNP.
I am planning to use DNP, I have found a nice source. The thing is, I heard it boosts your appetite to a whole new level, and its really not a good idea to take it without a glp1. I also have ECA but that makes me too jittery.

So my question is, should I take DNP without a GLP-1 Agonist or should I not? If I take dnp, how am I supposed to take it? The source I have found sells the powder. How am I supposed to measure and take it in exactly 200mg? After I measure 200mg, am I supposed to snort it? Swallow it with water? What am I supposed to do and how should I take it?
Please forgive me for asking such stupid questions but Id really appreciate your help.

you have to buy capsules and measure the powder using weight scale/most sources provide scoops but i would go for a weighing scale.reconstitute the powder into the capsule and swallow.

I really can't afford to buy retatrutide. I don't have that much money. I'd love to buy it but I just simply don't have that much capital. I'm doing what I can without it. I've done 1-3 days fast (ate nothing) several times but that was without any appetite increaser. So I have no idea how it will be with one. I'll still try to control myself to the best of my abilities, I mean, what choice do I even have lol

You can control it, but a glp-1 would be a better option alone than DNP alone. Much better. And around the same cost per month. I would advise you save for a GLP-1.

I have already lost 20kgs. You just won't get it. I am already at 15% bodyfat. It gets really slow after this because your metabolism slows down.

I am 16 and for starvemaxing i've went several days without eating anything without the help of any Glp-1 agonists lol
