dont take supplements btw get all ur nutrients from ur diet, way more bioavailable

dont start gym this early either, swimming should be fine tho it shouldnt really put that much stress on ur body

focus the most on sleep, and if u get in all ur micronutrients theres nothing else u can really do, it just comes down to genetics

i can at least get some mtb-htbs now and approach a lot more confidently. im talking to some but i am still a bit antisocial (once an abused dog always an abused dog )

u dont have to eat sea food, there are other sources of omega 3s

just focus mainly on meat eggs and dairy its simple, also try some beef organs

youll be just fine on this type of diet
