This is my home setup I also have dumbbels and Z bar. What can I do for my legs with this. I can actually do deadlifts of various kinds so thats a thing. Also as you can see leg curls extensions. But no squats. I want to do legit mass building exercises tho not shitty ones like lounges or leg curls extensions. What should I do. Also triceps exercise
