Need help with fixing failos

My main facial failo is that I have a short ramus that gives me inward gonions. My mandible and maxilla are actually forward grown as shit so idk how this happened. What surgeries can help with this, jaw angle implants or chin wing is what I’ve seen so far. Also my skin is uneven with hyperpigmentation, how do I fix this shit. I might hop on kojic acid cuz it’s supposedly god tier for hyperpigmentation + lightens skin (dravidianpill).
