Need help with forward growth+ hyoid area, along with jaw and face alignment/assymetry

Hey guys I just need some help with what to do about my forward growth as I’m told I don’t have much. Also I have absolutely atrocious asymmetry and was wondering how I could fix it. I mean my entire face is kinda hideous but I’m gonna start here

You can hunt down if its dental or a skeletal issue through that and consultations with an orthodontist

This is going to require significant planning.

If you want to get a bimax aftrer your braces (Im assuming braces to fix your maloclussion now) you will need to get braces AGAIN to compensate for the bimaxillary procedure's moving of the teeth position.

If you are serious about getting a bimax, go to a surgeon first and get a consult - then if youre happy with everything and alls set, you should think about getting braces to compensate for the bimax.
