Yeah they peak because of high natural production of hgh, not because of high conversion to igf1 in liver (?).

Anyhow I would recommend 4iu, twice a day.
@nelson was using 5iu I remember.

I will inject next week 7ius ed, should i do 3.5iu twice a day or just once 7ius and at what time of the day do you recommend to do so?

Twice a day is better, also I would be careful with dosage rather than injection time, Rich Piana was using 4.5 iu a day.

Yeah but he probably used pharma grade while I'm using Alibaba hgh jfl so I need a lil bit higher dose imo
