NEED HELP WITH JAW

my jaw gets wide during school even though i have natural v line jaw but it keeps going wide during school its ruining my confidence how to fix( might get botox or surgery for this in future)

gets wide? you probably get bloated in the mornings from a bad diet of high sodium and sugar n shit

I don’t think I have ever heard of tha it’s either u get bloated or u might be a phenomenon

problably water retention since i dont drink much during schol

Prob u need at least 3L maybe even a debloat sup for me im kinda bloated form my gut health being poor
