Need help with lower third

Hello guys, i need a stronger, squarer chin (it is not recessed it lacks of angularity) and i need wider lips too, not bigger, just wider. Tell me the ways to achieve that (i cant surgery rn im 16)

First the flat upper maxilla and now the weak mandible and narrow lips. Damn, we got the same failos.
Anyhoo, for a squarer chin, I'd suggest implants but you might have underdeveloped upper and lower palettes, in which case you might need an msdo (after palatal expansion).
For wider (not fuller) lips, lip comissuroplasty is the only surgical procedure I know of. It can give you around 4-5mm of widening on both sides of your lips which although is not much, still makes a difference.
Just keep in mind that it's imperative to take a subtle approach to these procedures. Overdoing surgeries often exaggerate facial features which is the number 1 reason why peeps get botched. Trust me, you don't want to overdo lip comissuroplasty and end up with nasty scars or elongated lips like the joker.

Yeah i dont wanna have too wide lips but mines could be better. I agree, our failo are a curse, i really need that upper maxilla projection. I will get surgery later. Rn i recently turned 16

I'm 18 and my face is done growing. I'm stuck with these god-awful infraorbitals and upper maxilla for the rest of my life unless I do something about them. You're 16 and have at least a year or two of growth left, so there is hope for you.
