I need help with masseter muscle growth. I know this is practically, if not literally, one of the first steps in looksmaxxing. I'm not new to this, much less i just lapr about it, but I'm somewhat deficient in my mandibular area. I've tried several things, and lately I'm focusing on hypertrophy by chewing on rubber blocks. I'd like to know more efficient methods to develop mass in that area.

if you dont have good gonions already itll just make you look bloated
 
Just chew harder foods and get some mastic gum or those jawliner copes.
If you have shit gonions you will most likely look like a chipmunk lol.
Also make sure u don’t have tmj issues or bite misalignments/lateral strain in general before starting.

so yeah bite misalignments are already a problem cause ive been chewing on my left side for like 2 years, had some problems with my teeth that made pretty hard for me to chew on my right side. now im trying to catch up and fix atleast the muscle asymmetry. maybe in the future i get some braces to align my bite again.

I get the intention behind it but if you chew on one side predominantly it will not change because you will not be thinking about where to chew 24/7 while you’re eating.
Your body adapts to how your oral volume is structured.
Get orthodontics before if you insist on doing it.

its kinda funny tho, cuz before that problem i had with my teeth my predominant side was my right so yeah even tho it hurted like hell my body still pushed food to my right but you know the pain made me chew with my left and here we are. but yeah even today i still use my right constantly, and i force myself to be super concious in what side i chew.
but i got what you meant
