I’m confused why my nose is so uneven. I don’t know if it’s the nostrils, and I need a septoplasty. But whenever I smile, they become even more so. Also, my lip width is very narrow; I was definitely considering creating a do-it-yourself device to stretch a bit. I think I’ve dialed in on the hair pretty well; I’ve got some treatments to give me more texture and some nice curls. Also, using dutastride and oral minoxidil it has completely saved my hairline, along with thickening my eyebrows even too much. I’m planning to get them done in the straighter shape; I want an osteotomy to move forward my upper jaw and give me just a tiny bit of rotation, along with my mandible getting moved up a little as well. I also will be getting ramus implants, which I believe will be the highest return on investment of a procedure for me, and if you guys were to recommend a certain rhinoplasty, what would it be? I was thinking of getting a rib graft, making my dorsal higher, and giving myself a better nose bridge along with definitely adding projection to the nose since the tip projection is not enough; that would be my main goal when getting a rhinoplasty. I’m also getting earrings in about two months to improve my physiognomy. Accutane is completely changed my skin, along with taking some goy supplements to help with my Health indicators, which have a very minuscule change, but I just have them since my dad is a pharmacist, I’ve been using vitamin C serum, and I will be adding in Azelic acid at 20% to help with my coloring and any hyperpigmentation after shaving

Are there any things I need to work on or flaws that stand out to you that need to be fixed? Marking helpful answers as solutions.

you're not necessarily boneless but store a good amount of cheek fat. get rid of it and move forward from there

Agreed. I’m 20% body fat. I’m gonna be dropping into a 15 - 12% range within the next three months ideally

Why do black people always have so low dimo

He does not seem boneless but his cheeks does hold quite alot of fat
I’m hopping on in three weeks, ideally elevated levels of androgens is going to help me with my dimorphism and regarding my Cheek fat. That is just fat storage genetics. I am for reference 20% body fat and I have been at 16 - 15% but never had a chizzeled face

Dude you are just fat then get lean before you think about hopping on you probaly dont even bad bones under neath that fat

thats great gl tag me in ur post
Yep I will be making an updated post during cycle and after. I'm really not doing it to aid with physique; I'm just leveraging the superphysiological levels of androgens to help with my bones. Also, I've been having pain in my bones because of the Accutane that I'm taking at 40 mg every day, so I have some extra human growth hormone in the fridge as well so I will be using that in my steroid cycle as well along with tren for 8 - 10 weeks near the end

Trust me, I've been low-BF, and most of the fat is my genes dictating where I store fat the most. I'm 21% BF. I just got it checked, and I will be dropping down over the next few months. The androgens are needed.

Roids aren’t going to fix a boneless face
But they can definitely aid; I would say give some sort of benefit. Testosterone literally stimulates osteoblasts, which is going to give me thicker, more mineralized bone. Am I going to become Hernán Drago? Never. I'm unlucky, but I have to work with what I got, and along with that, I was thinking about getting some fillers later on the line, even though I know the risk of migration I would only be doing .5 mL probably when I'm in my mid to late 20s, along with some eye area procedures, such as infraorbital implants along with supraorbital implants, lower eyelid retraction, and a canthus. I don't think I'll ever even have the bones or dimo even, but i have to just use the cards I've been dealt and play the game. I was considering marpe to expand my my skull, but idk, I'm still deciding since I have a consultation on May 19, but its 600$, just for the consultation fee,

Smile lines and recessed infras, the smiles lines are not necessarily cause u smile too much but because your maxilla is recessed
Indeed, I agree. That's why I want them to advance my upper jaw a lot during an osteotomy, + I might get fillers in my smile lines eventully. Also, I noticed my dad has every single one of these features; my flaws are his flaws. It's all
genes and chance, man. :owo:

but also hopefully some infra implants aswell

Good plan. I would recommend atleast lefort 2, or lefort 3, lefort 1 wouldnt advance your midface enough

I intend to use djs, rhino plasty, and paranasal implants and fillers to create the appearance of a Lefort 2, which I regretfully won't be doing. :dafuckfeels:

not worth it, unfortunately, in terms of being only for aesthetics, and risk of the procedure is not minuscule. People dont just get L2's; it's not something surgeons just hand out. along with finding the correct surgeon to perform this would be very difficult, and they likely wouldn't approve of moving forward with the procedure unless it's a deformity; that's when they start going for L3'S and L2's.

You can easily find an OMFS who would gladly do a l2 and 3

name some with over 1,000 under their belt. when going for invasive procedures, you want a surgeon who has done the specific osteotomy hundreds if not thousands of times, which is not the case for Le Fort twos and threes; there's only a handful of surgeons in the world. That can carry this out with precision, and success at a very high success at a very high rate

cute ahh smile bro, im too lazy to give advice but wanted to give u some positivity

aqualyx in cheeks will save you, good jaw and side profile too

fr? should i record it too, and would you say lemon bottle is a good competitor or should I just go for aqualyx
up 2 u, id recommend aqualyx because its better regulated so less risk using it, but the area it targets a bit smaller
