500 test and 6.25ai can be enough; it depends on how much you aromatize but you won't know that until you start. Accutane is also person dependent.

You dont have to go to pubmed or anything but simple google searches and little things will add up over time. As the other user said, I would'nt start on 500. Start at 200 then titrate to 3, then maybe 500 is you aren't a bloated, acne ridden, moody betch . If you had acne problems in the past without androgens, as did I, I would recommend isotret. It's only gotten worse the longer i've been on, but the isotret certainly has been helping. I've been doing 20mg a day just to keep most of it at bay while not getting super dry.
