Just got interested in them as i have to focus on my education this year as i barely passed the last 2 years.

I believe i actually can achieve pretty good grades but each time i try to study my brain just fucking stops me like i get headaches and shit (adhd?), any recommendations?

I’ve looked around a little bit and seems like the strong ones also come with risks like dependance on the “drug” after using it for a period of time and the other ones seem pretty mild which is why I’m asking for help, is there any threads on this?

@menas i don’t really know who to tag aswell

If you potentially have adhd. Why don't you then just get a prescription for Adderall

Aderall mogs everything for adhd
dependence is a meme, your genetics/neurochemistry want this anyways
You can come off & if not then being on it forever won't cause much harm either

If you don't have adhd & getting fatigued then it might be over for you

I’ll go get an appointment then but wont they just give me ritalin instead? They always choose to take the milder and “safer” option to see how it goes and shit.

Yeah adderall addiction isn’t real I did 30mg Ed for ~6months I was kinda craving it for a week after I stopped but not bad

If it’s not opioid benzos alcohol or nic it’s not rlly a true addiction

Modafinil is not superior to Adderall in any way other than maybe it’s not toxic for the brain

Should i have a stack for max perfomance or will Just Adderall do the job? Money isn’t a issue
I mean full stack would he better than just Adderall I think semax makes lower dose Adderall more effective @enchanted_elixir

Idk I’m not highiq there’s prob stuff you can take protect your brain and other stuff

no nootropic will stop you from getting headaches. You need to focus as much as possible (within your perception, emotionally define your schoolwork as urgent (perceive and hold that framing) while also holding the framing of the distractions as “useless and not mission critical” and try to find why you’re getting the headaches (likely stress and overwhelm) and redefine it within your perception such that you nullify it (perceive whatever is causing it (ex. Overwhelm as tackle-able if you stuck with it, and therefore it can not overwhelm you since overwhelm would mean you can’t tackle it since it’s too much)

Semax and Adderall are likely synergistic.

Usually, a good nootropic stack is just a simple powerful nootropic in the powerful neurogenic class (dihexa, cerebrolysin), maybe a dopamine agonists (recommend 9mebc!!, or bromantane) and a well-directed mind, with creatine and ketones if you’re using your brain for high energy cognitive tasks (calculating multi variable math questions or multivariate thinking, or any other kind of energy demanding thinking)

Why? If the active ingredient is the same shouldnt it work exactly the same?

non prescribed can be underdosed or faked as everyone wants adderal
I think thats the real issue but prescription where i live seems hard

What would you recommend for someone who cant get shit done? Like even if i want to do it i just keep saying im going to do it today but never end up doing it and instead browse reddit or be on org the whole time. And im not exaggerating, its been like that for 4 years. It usually takes me 3 months for a simple task which i couldve done in one hour, 3 month of procrastinating.

There’s nothing you can take that will magically fix this, at least not to my knowledge. I’ve heard anecdotes that Adderall might help, but I can’t speak to that since I’ve never experienced it myself. What I can say is this: only you can save yourself from this, and it’s going to take deliberate effort.

One of the first things I recommend is practicing what I call perceptual redefining. This means changing how you perceive certain things. For example, when you think about a task you’ve been avoiding, you probably predict the emotions you’ll feel while doing it as arduous, painful, overwhelming, or boring. On the other hand, you likely define your usual distractions as fun, engaging, or exciting.

The goal is to figure out why you’ve labeled them this way and then redefine them with truth-based reasoning—lying to yourself won’t work. You can’t just force yourself to believe a task is fun if you don’t actually like it. You might eventually make it feel more enjoyable by linking it to your personal definition of fun, but that’s for you to work out in your own mind.

What you can do immediately is redefine distractions as useless. Recognize that they don’t get you anywhere, they drag you back, and they aren’t truly as fun as they seem. At the same time, you can redefine the task as necessary—something that moves you forward, uses your time well, and is worth doing right now because there’s nothing better you could be doing. When you shift your perception so the task becomes emotionally relevant and the distraction loses its appeal, the choice becomes clearer. This mindset shift is what has helped me

Think of it this way: when your brain perceives one option as rewarding and another as painful—say, eating cake versus not eating cake—it will naturally choose the one it sees as more rewarding. But if you start perceiving the cake as a setback to your goals, as something that will make you feel disgusted afterward, and as detrimental to your health and long-term aspirations, then not eating it becomes the better option in your mind. You’ll see avoiding it as protecting your progress and avoiding negative consequences.

The key is to shift the balance of power so that not doing the undesirable thing feels bad, and doing the beneficial thing feels good. If you perceive a task as burdensome and distractions as pleasant, you’ll always choose the distraction. But if you redefine the task so your brain sees it as rewarding and the distraction as harmful, your decision-making calculus changes in favor of the task.

There are many ways to do this, and you can get creative. The essential point is that your brain must genuinely believe the new perception—it can’t be based on lies. If your brain thinks the reasoning is nonsense, it won’t follow through. For example, if someone you believe is capable of harming you threatens to do so, your brain takes it seriously; but if someone you think is incapable of harming you says the same thing, your brain dismisses it. The belief is what makes the brain act.

The same principle applies here: if you truly define a task as necessary and believe it, your brain will treat it as real and act accordingly. If you don’t believe it, the perception shift has no weight and won’t change your behavior. To make this work, you must consciously practice holding this new perception until it becomes automatic.

then It would nowhere near be as effective as it will be for someone with adhd.

Aderall & dexdren will be slightly helpful but it wouldn't change anything drastically
caffeine & modafinil can help but not so much either

injecting t would be more helpful lmao
