The bold ones are the best ones on their effect

Cognitve Enhancement (working memory mostly, temporal effect): Racetams (Oxiracetam, Pramiracetam and Phenylpiracetam), PRL-8-53 and Semax

Long Term (brain synapses and neurogenesis): Cerebrolysin, Dihexa (not much evidence), P21, Semax (yes again), PE-22-28

Stimulants: Modafinil, Adderall and Nicotine - Personally I do Modafinil/Adderall + Nicotine to kick in while the main one metabolize and absorb (cause i take them in the morning to study and i want to wake up inmediately and modafinil takes like 60m to kick, also nicotine has to be vaped to inmediate absortion)

Also, if you cant get Adderall, and you want similar effect take high dose Modafinil plus some norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor

Adderall is good only if you struggle with low energy during study.
Take straight dexamphetamine if you just can’t concentrate.
It could also be anxiety-induced, etc, etc.

Just got interested in them as i have to focus on my education this year as i barely passed the last 2 years.

I believe i actually can achieve pretty good grades but each time i try to study my brain just fucking stops me like i get headaches and shit (adhd?), any recommendations?

I’ve looked around a little bit and seems like the strong ones also come with risks like dependance on the “drug” after using it for a period of time and the other ones seem pretty mild which is why I’m asking for help, is there any threads on this?

@menas i don’t really know who to tag aswell
Would recommend adderal as last resort because it's practically low dose meth, so it could fuck you up.
get semax, bromantane and @phenylpiracetam

and maybe some adderal if u can get it prescribed.
High iq

no nootropic will stop you from getting headaches. You need to focus as much as possible (within your perception, emotionally define your schoolwork as urgent (perceive and hold that framing) while also holding the framing of the distractions as “useless and not mission critical” and try to find why you’re getting the headaches (likely stress and overwhelm) and redefine it within your perception such that you nullify it (perceive whatever is causing it (ex. Overwhelm as tackle-able if you stuck with it, and therefore it can not overwhelm you since overwhelm would mean you can’t tackle it since it’s too much)
Great response. I'm currently looking for nootropics for two tasks. Both of them entail sitting for a long time in the library.

1) writing a thesis
2) studying for around 5 months for a very important exam

So for the stack I was looking at was:

Semax + Selank + Bromantane

I was also looking at research chemical alternatives to Vyvanse. Ideas would be something like 2-FMA - do you know a better alternative?

The idea would be to use Semax as baseline, selank more towards the end when the exam stress comes closer.

I would try to cycle Bromantane, something amphetamine based, caffeine, Modafinil ideally.

Thoughts? Any other substances that are worth looking at? I'm reading about unifiram currently. Racetams seem interesting as well As I need to memorize a lot. Risk to reward ratio is essential for me. Don't want to sacrifice my long term health for this.

Appreciate it, thanks.

Diet and fitness are already pretty much dialed in. Sleep is still suboptimal.
