need help with orthodontics [NSFW]

the orthodontist trying to get me to do premolar extraction but I heard that's a good way to fuck up your face luckily insurance denied it. but now idk what to do. My two front teeth seem to me moved back while being closed in by my other teeth. I think that maybe an expander can make room for my two front teeth. The only problem is the orthodontist advised against this for some reason I forgot when I brought it up also the insurance might deny this as well. I am going back to see them in a few days to see what what my other options are and need some ideas on what I can do.

Bring up an issue like you can’t breathe properly cuz of it. An expander and then braces will fix it.
