Yes when i chew my first side clenches before my right side and my left mandible obv more visible ... Whole face assymetric too and its hard to chew on the right side without paying attention otherwise i automatically do it on left

My dentist would never understand or give a fuck about those details im so paranoid and started to think it came from my neck muscles making my jaw assymetrical damn its over i shouldnt have chewed gum on my left side only and perma hard mewed with toungue on left side

It's more of postural problem, check if your spine is assymetrical, see if you've lateral pelvic tilt or scoliosis
