I am 15.5 years old. I have been a fat fuck for the past 5-6 years or so (86kg, 174cm, 30-40% BF). I always wanted to get into dieting and gymming but never knew where to start, and always ended up quitting in a week or few days.

I'm confused about whether to bulk, cut or eat at maintenance. Should I do resistance training, cardio or both? Because if I cut, I might lose out on the last few years of growth I have left. If I bulk, I'll gain muscle but even more fat. And I'm not sure if me eating at maintenance would even achieve anything. I am sick and tired of this ugly fat body, the regular body shaming and no attention from foids ever in my life.

My priorities (Most important at top to least important at bottom) are:
1) Maximise any growth I have left (Frame, face bones, height, dick, etc).
2) Not be fat
3) Gain muscle

Please give advice and tips, I'd be grateful if you provide some sort of plan or routine or smth. Thanks bhais

don’t bulk bro the last thing you need to do is eat more food, ur body is gonna use fat reserve as fuel, absolutely no reason to bulk

Hard cut if you can hold it or do a slight cut if you cant maintain a long lasting cut. Eat a BIG breakfast(helps with feeling of satiation) filled with protein(eggs, sausage, bacon). Eat fiber, animal fats and lots of protein again so you feel satiated.

Do lots of cardio either through walks outside or a stairmaster at a seperate time of your workout.

When working muscles push to near failure(1-2 RIR) and i recommend sets of 5-8 but you must push yourself. Dont be scared to do too much weight and need to lower it, in the end youll be better off than underdoing weight. Never do more than 4 sets per muscle group per workout and also focus on the stretch in your workouts. The initial growth from the stretch in an exercise will eventually no longer occur but is important for when youre new.
