Need help with priorities for surgery

Hello all, I am seeking advice as to what my priorities should be in regards to possible surgeries/fixing my dysgenic features. I am just trying to improve, I obviously do not think I can be that good looking.

I just woke up, I have curly hair, and it's in a bun but I agree.

Does anyone know what specifically is bad about my eye area/how I could improve it?

I am likely getting chin surgery but I am not sure what to tell the doctor, would my face improve with a wider jaw?
