I don't have acne problems, I notice redness most in the evening at the end of the day and especially because of the wind. It's not that my whole face is red, but it affects the part of my face under the eyes and next to the nose, the skin also looks like I've been sunburned..And mostly the parts of my cheeks from the sides towards the ears

Regarding coloring, is it better to aim for a whiter complexion or a little darker? Currently my pigment is such that even in the summer I have a hard time getting color, I usually burn.

I read here that Astaxanthin, Lycopene and Progesterone could be the solution to my problem?

terrible advice

get sun tan too plus try increasing beta carotene in ur diet for tht golden caramelish glow
I said my skin got very easy sun burned and afterwards it looks sick

try keto/carnivore diet

maybe you have a predisposition to it though? overall going on a low plant, non fibre diet will universally improve everything about your looks and health.. humans are supposed to be carnivores in the wild.. Redness in the face can be caused by inflammation of excess sebum and therefore an unnatural level of skin flora, similar effect to gut dysbiosis etc. the skin dysbiosis can create redness from upregulated immune response.

Tanning, rapes collagen, beta carotene is basically a toxin that your body is trying to excrete
whhhhthtttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt
Beta-carotene is a nutrient, not a toxin. The body does not treat it as something harmful to excrete , it uses what it needs and stores or slowly removes the rest.
Beta-carotene is a provitamin A, meaning the body converts it into vitamin A using the enzyme Beta-Carotene 15,15'-Monooxygenase. (apologies if the spelling is incorrect)
If vitamin A levels are adequate, conversion slows down.
This is why beta-carotene from foods is considered one of the safest vitamin A sources.
literally opposite of what ur saying
google - "When you consume beta-carotene, the body absorbs it and converts some of it into vitamin A.
The rest is stored in fat tissue and liver or excreted in small amounts if in excess"

Beta-carotene is not bioavailable at all and 50% of people cant convert to retinol at all.. proven in studies, they lack the enzyme..

all plants are bad for you and the single best softmaxx you can do is avoid eating them.. heard it here first, wish I was told this at age 0

The rest is stored in fat tissue and liver or excreted in small amounts if in excess. maybe so... but you are better off just consuming the active form retinol IMO..more readily available

it’s incorrect to say “50% of people can’t convert it at all.” Most research shows reduced conversion efficiency in some individuals, not a complete inability.
Beta-carotene is not bioavailable at all
Also, beta-carotene is clearly bioavailable , plasma beta-carotene levels rise after consuming foods like carrots or sweet potatoes, which is why it’s used as a biomarker for vegetable intake in nutritional studies. If it weren’t bioavailable, that wouldn’t happen.

i dont have enough knowledge about this topic to argue on it

that doesnt make beta carotene a toxin body's trying to excrete like you claimed though

hen you consume beta-carotene, the body absorbs it and converts some of it into vitamin A.
The rest is stored in fat tissue and liver or excreted in small amounts if in excess" excreted in small amounts because thats the fastest it can detoxify... also a non specific term...

toxins tend to be stored in fat and liver... thats the point of the liver and the adipose fat is just inert and away from the vital organs.

bro.... the blood levels rise.. but its the wrong form of vitamin a and needs to be onverted to retinol for any use

WHAT CAN THE MOLECULE BETA CAROTENE ACTUALLY BE USED FOR IN THE BODY.. NOTHING.

when you say -:
1773481357075

that implies beta carotene is to be avoided which i dont agree with

WHAT CAN THE MOLECULE BETA CAROTENE ACTUALLY BE USED FOR IN THE BODY.. NOTHING.
ITS ONLY PURPOSE IS ----> RETINOL WHICH IS ACTUALLY USABLE... its basically proof that humans are carnivores because animals contain mostly retinol.

google - :
Through conversion to Vitamin A, beta-carotene helps produce Retinal, a molecule needed to form Rhodopsin, the pigment in the retina that allows night vision.
Beta-carotene acts as an antioxidant, meaning it:
Neutralizes free radicals
Reduces oxidative stress
Helps protect cells and tissues from damage.
By supporting Vitamin A production, it helps maintain:
Healthy immune cells
Proper functioning of the skin and mucous membranes (first barrier against infections).
Vitamin A derived from beta-carotene regulates:
Cell differentiation
Growth of epithelial tissues (skin, lungs, gut lining).
Higher dietary beta-carotene intake (from fruits and vegetables) is associated with lower risk of:
Certain cancers
Heart disease
This is mainly due to its antioxidant effects.
In the intestine and liver, the body converts it into Vitamin A (retinol), which is essential for:
Vision
Immune function
Cell growth and development

it should be.. its not the worst thing you can eat.. but it is basically useless vs animal retinol
yeah like i said , im not much educated about the whole plant vs meat thing :feelsuhh:
so yeah :feelsyay:

Vitamin A → Retinal..... the beta carotene is converted into retinol first, then retinal.. at a lower rate than you would if you just ate a steak with vitamin a or an egg

it is pseudo science.... something you need to understand is that most science is actually psuedoscience

Its easy.... Humans were carnivorous animals for 3-5 million years prior to the agriculural revolution 10,000 years ago..

our bodies and organs are not adapted for 50% plant material +

fibre is indigestable cullulose,

plants are devoid of usable nutrients and minerals due to them being in plant forms, which we cant convert very well + plants contain anti-nutrients that bind to minerals to make toxic chemicals/molecules. for example calcium oxalate crystals.

animal foods especially fatty red meat are a complete food meaning they contain every nutrient a human requires in the correct amounts incuding Vit C. they also contain no toxins and antinutrients so long as they are raised correctly and naturally.

+ Modern Nutrition science is pseudoscience and designed entirely to obfuscate these facts as you have just quoted it to me.. but i easily deboonked them.

these dietary changes from meat to plants have caused diseases that didn't even exist before 10,000 years ago.. they have caused skeletal deformities i.e. maloclussions, stature and height loss and caused the brain to shrink 5-10%. so an IQ loss off what ?? purely guessing here but id say an iq loss of 5-10 points on average...+/-.

thats pretty much it.. you can plug this text into chatgpt and itll probably agree with me... alot of this stuff is irrefutable.

scratch that about chatgpt it just quotes nutrition pseudoscience

nah i trust you :feelsyay:
watch Bart Kay, FaceIQ, Edward Goeke or primalism on youtube, youll pick it up... this shit will extend your life and youth by 20-30 years no joke
