I want to make things quick.
I'm 5'6, I don't care about getting to 5'9, I'm ok with 5'8 in total (+2 inches).
What shoes should I wear and are soft lifts comfortable?
I will not wear anything that is noticeable. Shoes with big bulky soles, elevator shoes, and too many lifts in the shoe is probably way to noticeable.
What do you guys recommend?
