need help with skin routine with minoxidil foam, tretnoin, derminator (microneedle), sunscreen, and moisturizer

hi does anyone do this routine all of these products together ?
ive been using minoxidil foam for 5 months and i've finished accutane 3 months ago so i think i can start microneedle and tret to take care of skin scars.can you give me an example weekly routine to do this ? I've just bought tret 0.5%
