Need help with skincare products

I have been trying some new stuff on my phone and also been looking into so products and I needed some help understanding what they do and how they could benefit me.

My current routine is
Cleanser
Moisturiser
1% tret pea sized amount
Moisturiser again
Then zinc oxide

I need to improve my skin texture / quality, I don’t have active acne I just want that glow clean skin look now

I’ve been looking into
Estrdol
Tazarotene
And azelaic acid
what should I add or remove

u dont have active acne but ur spending all this for skincare
