Just don't do steroids. You are 16, just start lifting heavy and with intensity and eating alot of protein and fat . You will have better bone development than the vast majority of people your age around if you do that starting now. You don't need steroids. People who start lifting seriously at your age and remain dedicated for years look different than people who didn't bones wise.
