Need help with surgery

I consulted with a maxillo facial surgeon and he told me i need jaw surgery to fix my overbite (already knew this jfl) and he's also gonna do genioplasty to have more harmony.
I think i have narrow palate, should i expand it after jaw surgery or before?? (I'm 17 btw)
