Need help with treating a Posterior open bite

Currently im forcing my front teeth together to avoid walking around with a chud overbite jaw but this posterior open bite seriously bothers me. I've been permajutting so long that having the front teeth together is natural for me but the fact that my back teeth dont touch is extremely irritating, and im pretty sure it affects the masseters and whatnot too. Please give tips, orthodontic treatment or hardmaxxing I would preferrably avoid because dentists are jews who only give a shit about your teeth and not your bone structure, and because hardmaxxing is moneyzz

Check dr Mike mews videos on overbite and that mewology girl on yt who fixed her deep bite naturally. Also you likely changed ur skeletal overbite to a normal skeletal structure from jutting if u did it puberty , cuz i basically grew a whole ass mandible like that and now my upper and lower jaw is matched and that’s my natural resting position. But u are unnaturally sliding ur lower jaw back to eat and chew , that is no more ur real structure , you’re compensating.
