Need help with upper eyelids don’t think anyone knows a fix for this

i have 1 lazy eyelid and when I’m using like meds or just anything to try to ascend pregab some roids my eyelid just becomes so tired and my eye just closes for 50% everyone points it out it looks so retarted def my biggest nerf how could I ever fix this and what would be the main cause because my eye is now closed mostly for like a week even my vision gets fucked up and don’t come here with some eyelids stickers

could be a ptosis? if so, there is ptosis repair surgery
