Hop on isotret and eat clean. If you’re still a teen it could be just bad hormonal acne. If the pimples go away on their own by you just washing your face then just eat cleaner.

Have you been trying to eat clean? Thats about all I can offer. If it’s just bad horomonal acne then you’re just going to have to tough it out. Not much you can do about that until you’re older which sucks.
