I recently found out my friend's cousin did some pretty weird shit to a minor. I know where they live and I'm thinking of sending them weird shit but I'm hesitant. Is there something better I can do?

Alright Ill keep it in mind I suppose. Just seems a little rash and I've never really thought of that as an idea before so I'll need to think on it and see if anyones willing but most of my friends when I talked to them about it said it'd be easy to since he's like 5 foot 2 or some shit
