No compound has truly "no shitty sides" every anabolic/androgenic steroid (AAS) or SARM suppresses natural test to some degree, messes with lipids (especially orals), and carries risks like acne, hair shedding, BP spikes, or estrogen/prolactin issues if mismanaged.
At 16, you're still in prime natural growth mode. Your endocrine system is firing on all cylinders, HGH and test levels are naturally high, and your growth plates are likely open.

if you need still need an answer i would go with:

Testosterone
  • Common beginner dose: 300–500 mg/week (split 2x/week) for 12–16 weeks.
  • Sides: Acne, possible gyno (control with low-dose AI like Arimidex), shutdown (requires PCT), lipids/BP can rise but reversible if not abused.

You are 16
