So, for about two months now, I haven’t really had real feelings for my girlfriend anymore. Since I’m 14 and she’s 17, I also feel like it probably won’t work out anyway. That’s why I kind of want to break up, but first, I don’t want to hurt her feelings, and second, she’s the only one who really makes me happy, especially in times like these. What should I do?

No, it's not..? That's not how the body works, moron. He is experiencing habituation, his life is used to his girlfriend, leaving her will disrupt it and cause issues within. Past that, you will lose feelings for everyone after a while. He stated she still makes him happy, implying it's a lack of romantic feeling & not just general hatred. The only way you could leave someone and get over it easily is if there was a large amount of contempt, it is upon you to make it clear and leave if nothing changes anyways. Contempt should never be the reason a relationship ends.
